The value guide package contains a partial record of an eBay listing excluding, listing promotions, unsuccessful listings, pre-sale data such as quantity available for example, bid history, listing description, demographics and shipping information. Some listing promotions which are currently on eBay are also not currently available in eBay's Market Data such as adding a border to your listing.
