Description
The lowest starting price for items you want to research. No items with a starting price lower then this value will be included in the results set. Items that started with a price lower then this value, regardless of whether they were bid up over it, will not be included in the results.
Example Usage
<StartPriceFloor>10.00</StartPriceFloor>
<StartPriceCeiling>20.00</StartPriceCeiling>
This returns only auctions that opened between 10 and 20 dollars.<StartPriceCeiling>20.00</StartPriceCeiling>
